The Boulders Resort is a luxury hotel nestled in the high Sonoran Desert foothills north of Scottsdale. This celebrated resort blends so easily with nature that the local wildlife might never notice anything there. The Boulders private country club features two 18-hole championship golf courses, a tennis garden and the Sonoran Spa. Five distinctively different restaurants offer unparalleled choices for dining. No wonder The Boulders is consistently named America's top resort by readers of Andrew Harper's Hideaway Report, "a connoisseur s guide to peaceful and unspoiled places." Each of the individual casitas is shaped into the dramatic Sonoran Desert foothills. Natural wood and Mexican tile reflect the Southwestern spirit that surrounds The Boulders. Among the pleasures of these casitas are a lavishly stocked refreshment center, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, and a private patio or balcony overlooking the spectacular desert terrain. The spacious bathrooms are graced with a lush terrycloth Boulders bathrobe for every guest, along with a collection of eucalyptus bath, beauty and sun products.
    
Arrangements for babysitting and childcare, beauty salon appointments, restaurant and travel reservations, sightseeing excursions and transportation are all taken care of by the concierge. The Boulders offers a complete business center and postal services and assistance with shipping packages is offered by the resort gift shop. Hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping and entertainment.

The hotel charges a $22.00 per room, per night, which is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. The hotel has a no tipping policy as the resort fee covers tips. However, the resort fee does not cover tipping for food and beverages or the spa.

From Sky Harbor Airport:
Follow the airport signs to the 24th Street exit. Take 24th Street to 51 Squaw Peak Freeway North. Take 51 Squaw Peak Freeway North to Bell Road, exit right and head East for about 5 miles to Scottsdale Road. Turn left on Scottsdale Road and travel North for about 11 miles, through the traffic light at Carefree Highway. The entrance to The Boulders is just 500 feet North of Carefree Highway on the right (East) side of Scottsdale Road.
